JAS certified organic Mapo Tofu Sauce made with soybean meat in Sichuan style
This macrobiotic Chinese food is rich in soy sauce and organic miso taste. Together with soybean minced meat, it is ideal for mapo eggplant (Mabo Nasu) and Mapo Harusame dish as well as mapo tofu. This is easy-to-cook, by just adding tofu and stir-fry.
How to use
Ingredients to be prepared
1 block of tofu (200-300g) Spring onion 30g (optional) Sesame Oil and Chili Oil (optional) Steps:
1. Cut the tofu into small pieces.
2. Add oil in the frying pan and heat the content of the product with the tofu with medium heat.
3. Add spring onion, sesame and chili oil at your preference.
Preservation Method & Cautions
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and store at room temperature.
Enjoy on the same day after opening.
