This high-quality double-concentrated vegan multipurpose soup is based on domestic organic brewed soy sauce, kelp, and organic dried shiitake mushrooms that are carefully selected.
You can enjoy the richness and umami by diluting the sauce with an appropriate amount of water and used as noodle soup, rice bowl, simmered dishes, and a tempura dipping sauce.
Examples of using this product:
・Dilute with 2 parts of water to use as Tsuketsuyu (Cold Noodle Dipping Sauce)
・Dilute with 4 parts of water to use as Kaketsuyu (Hot Noodle Soup)
・Dilute with 2-3 parts of water to use on Tempura bowl
・Dilute with 4-5 parts of water to use on simmered food
