Okonomiyaki is one of Japan's most well-known and well-loved festival foods. This vegan-friendly okonomiyaki mix is made with only 100% Japanese ingredients which include wheat starch, yam powder, and kelp powder. You can easily prepare a delicious Okonomiyaki by adding cabbage at home.

Preservation Method:
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and keep it at room temperature.

After opening, seal it, store it in the refrigerator, and use it as soon as possible.

How to use

Materials to prepare
- 50g okonomiyaki mix
- 80ml water (Non-vegan: 30 ml water + 1 regular egg),
- 80g chopped cabbage,
- An appropriate amount of vegetable oil

[How to make okonomiyaki]
1. Cut the cabbage into strips.

2. In a large bowl, add okonomiyaki mix, cabbage and water and mix well.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a non-stick frying pan over low to medium heat and spoon in the batter. Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is set and golden. Carefully turn over, place the lid back on top and cook for a further 5 minutes until the surface is golden.

4. Once done, drizzle over some okonomiyaki sauce or vegan mayonnaise, and top with aonori flakes (dried green laver or seaweed), pickled ginger, etc.
