Japanese-style dashi stock special for Chinese cuisine
This soup stock is made from vegetables cultivated in Japan and seasoned with ginger and spices to enhance the taste. It is ideal for various Chinese dishes such as Chinese soup, stir-fried vegetables and fried rice. It is so delicious and easy to cook that makes it a must-have ingredient in your kitchen.
How to use :
Dissolve 1 packet in 200-300 ml of hot water and drink as Chinese soup, or add to fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, mapo tofu, etc. (for 2 to 3 people).
Preservation Method & Cautions :
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and store at room temperature.
Enjoy on the same day after opening.
