This miso is made from Japanese ingredients and aged for a long time under the four seasons in Shinshu Tateshina, Japan.

It is blended with rice miso and wheat miso, and salt content of about 11%, adds an umami saltiness to anything from marinades to desserts.

This light reddish-brown fermented miso paste brings a sweet and tasty flavor to many Japanese dishes.

Soy Besides miso soup, there are many ways to use miso paste, such as salad dressing, marinades, stir-fry flavor enhancers, desserts, etc.

How to use miso paste:
Place a scoop of miso in a sieve, lower it into the stock, and then use the back of a spoon to push it through.


Make a thin paste by stirring the miso into a small bowl of stock until it's completely dissolved before adding it to dishes.

*Avoid boiling miso. Too much heat will kill the active bacteria in the miso, reducing its health benefits.
