"Atsuage" means deep-fried tofu, "soboro" means ground meat in Japanese and "ankake" means "sauce poured" or "covered with sauce". This is a side dish where deep-fried tofu is covered with thick sauce and cooked with plant-based ground meat, together with shiitake mushroom, carrots and spices. It is an ideal healthy and tasty vegan side dish for your next vegan meal.

Preservation Method:
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and keep it at room temperature.

Enjoy on the same day after opening.

Take note that hot ingredients and sauces may splash when removing the plastic wrap.

Method 1 (With boiling water):
