Yes! Our products in Japan Vegan Town are 100% vegan. We do not contain any animal ingredients as well as dairy products.
Q: Where are your products made?
Japan. All of our products are made in and directly imported from Japan.
Q: Are all of your products organic?
Some of our products are Japanese Organic Regulation (JAS) certified. And yet, we prioritize natural and raw ingredients to all of our products. It means that all of our products are non-GMO, with no MSG and refined sugar added. To shop for the organic certified collection, click here.

Q: Do your products contain alliums?
Some of our products contain alliums (mainly garlic and onions). You're able to shop for the alliums-free collection here.
Q: Should I keep your product(s) in the fridge?
No, all of our products do not require to be kept in the fridge unless opened and leftover. And yet, most of our products are 1 serving size, thus we encourage you to consume them on the same day of opening.

Q: How much is the delivery fee?
Shipping is free for orders above $50 and $5 for orders under $50.
Q: Can I get an update on my order status?
Yes! We will send you a shipping update with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please be sure to provide a valid email address upon checkout.
Q: When will my vegan foods arrive?
It takes up to 2 working days to proceed with your orders and 2 working days to reach your doorsteps.
Q: What is your return policy?
If you received your product in a defective condition, please contact us via the contact us form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. Products are deemed defective at Japan Vegan Town's discretion. Please note that minor damage to the packaging is not considered defective. Click here for more information.
