JAS certified organic active germinated brown rice cooked with shiso from Wakayama
Germinated brown rice is considered a type of whole food and contains a considerable amount of nutrition and bioactive compound. Shiso leaf, also known as perilla leaf, is a popular garnishing ingredient in Japanese cuisine. The shiso leaf has a scent reminiscent of cinnamon and cloves.
It retains the plump and chewy texture of active germinated brown rice during the cooking process. It is also seasoned with traditional sea salt to enhance the umami of shiso. You can eat it as it is, but it will be more delicious if you warm it. It goes well with any vegan dish.
