Vegan Chirashi Sushi with the right balance of acidity and sweetness
This easy-to-cook sushi seasoning is cooked with Japanese carrots, bamboo shoots, unbleached kanpyo, shiitake mushrooms, hijiki seaweed and fried tofu. It is enhanced by naturally fermented seasoning. It's easy-to-cook and goes well with freshly cooked brown rice.
How to use :
1. Cook 2 cups (300g) of rice slightly more harder than usual.
2. Mix the content with the rice right after the rice is cooked.
3. Cool it down to body temperature quickly.
4. Add seaweed at your preference.
Preservation Method & Cautions :
Avoid high temperature and humidity, and store at room temperature.
Enjoy on the same day after opening.
