Easy Vegan Breakfast Recipe: Simple Taiwanese Style Breakfast - Savory Soy Milk

Ingredients:

  • 4g of Japanese Style Soup Stock, Dashi (Chinese Cuisine)
  • 200ml of unprepared soy milk (無調製豆乳) 
  • 1 teaspoon of pure rice vinegar 
  • 1/2 sheet of aburaage (Japanese deep-fried tofu)
  • An appropriate amount of coriander
  • An appropriate amount of small onion 
  • Chili oil and pepper at your preference

Instructions:

  1. Cut the Japanese deep-fried tofu into 1cm width, boil it in a frying pan until it is browned, and sprinkle with salt (not included).
  2. Add Chinese soup stock to soy milk, dissolve it well, and add vinegar when it’s warm. Pour the soup into a bowl, put ingredients into it, and sprinkle it with chili oil and pepper at your preference
