
Easy Vegan Breakfast Recipe: Simple Taiwanese Style Breakfast - Savory Soy Milk

Ingredients:
- 4g of Japanese Style Soup Stock, Dashi (Chinese Cuisine)
- 200ml of unprepared soy milk (無調製豆乳)
- 1 teaspoon of pure rice vinegar
- 1/2 sheet of aburaage (Japanese deep-fried tofu)
- An appropriate amount of coriander
- An appropriate amount of small onion
- Chili oil and pepper at your preference
Instructions:
- Cut the Japanese deep-fried tofu into 1cm width, boil it in a frying pan until it is browned, and sprinkle with salt (not included).
- Add Chinese soup stock to soy milk, dissolve it well, and add vinegar when it’s warm. Pour the soup into a bowl, put ingredients into it, and sprinkle it with chili oil and pepper at your preference
