Quick Vegan Recipe: Deep Fried Soybean Meat Recipe with Kudzu Starch

- 10 soybean meat
- 2 eggplant
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- Dashi soup
- Soy Sauce
- Kudzu powder
- Frying oil
- Rehydrate the soybean meat with hot water, simmer it in soup stock and hot water, add potato starch and deep fry it in hot oil.
- Sprinkle a little salt on eggplant and carrots, cover with kudzu powder, and fry in oil.
- Serve in a bowl with lemon.
- Try using 1 cup of soup stock : 1.5-2 tablespoons of soy sauce as a guide.
